Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of E-There Group LTD’s (“E-There”) services, website, and platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About E-There

E-There Group LTD provides live streaming, digital guestbook, and event page services for weddings, funerals, corporate events, and other occasions. We operate from London, United Kingdom, and serve clients across the UK and internationally.

2. Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

3. Bookings and payments

4. Live stream and recording guarantee

For packages that include live streaming at our partner venues, we offer a live stream guarantee: if the live stream fails to go live on the day, we will refund the streaming component of the booking in full — no questions asked. For live-only packages the streaming component is the whole booking, so this means a full refund. Where your package also includes an HD recording, the recording is unaffected by any streaming refund and will still be produced and delivered as normal.

For recording-only packages, we offer a recording guarantee: if we fail to deliver your ceremony recording, we will refund the booking in full.

For self-service (DIY app) streaming, the guarantee does not cover failures caused by your own equipment or internet connection.

7. User responsibilities

8. Privacy and data

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that live streams and guestbook messages may contain personal data of event attendees, and you confirm you have the appropriate basis (e.g., legitimate interest or consent) to share their data via our platform.

9. Intellectual property

The E-There brand, website, platform, and technology are the intellectual property of E-There. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform. White-label partners receive a licence to use the platform under their own brand as specified in their partnership agreement.

10. Liability

11. Partnership terms

Partners (venue installations, white-label, resellers, API integrations) are subject to additional terms as set out in their individual partnership agreements. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a partnership agreement, the partnership agreement prevails.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
