How it works
Straight after booking
You'll get a confirmation email within minutes. It includes your personal setup link — add your names, photo and story whenever you're ready, and your private wedding page goes live instantly.
Before the day
We schedule everything against your ceremony time. Your wedding page shows a live countdown, and the player unlocks automatically 30 minutes before the ceremony.
On the day
Our team arms the camera remotely and monitors throughout. Guests simply open your page and watch live — any device, anywhere.
Afterwards
If your package includes the recording, it appears on your wedding page within hours — watch and download for 7 days.
Good to know
At least a week ahead — that always gets you the standard price, and it gives you plenty of time to set up your page and share it with guests. We can still take bookings right up to the day itself, but late bookings need priority handling, so a late-booking rate applies: +25% within 7 days of the wedding, +50% within 24 hours.
Your wedding page has a simple address you can share by WhatsApp, email or on your invitations. Guests just tap it — no app, no account, no password.
No problem — call or email us and we'll move everything to the new date. There's no charge for changing the date.
Your page isn't listed anywhere and only people with the link can find it. The stream itself only unlocks around your ceremony time.
